One to two months on-site
We come to your Mexico City office and train hands-on, role by role, on your firm’s real work rather than generic demos. The syllabus is built for how your people actually spend their day.
Three months of remote reinforcement
After the on-site phase, the team gets three months of remote one-on-one reinforcement it schedules itself, so adoption survives the day-to-day questions that only surface once people start using the tools.
Training runs in Spanish or English, and we can move between the two across a single team. Deliverables and reporting to US partners are provided in English, so a firm can train its Mexico City staff in Spanish and still hand its US office a report it can read.
It is the same program in both languages, not a translated afterthought bolted on at the end.

Do we need to be in Mexico City?
The hands-on phase is delivered on-site, so a Mexico City office is the simplest fit, and it is where we train most of our clients. The three months of reinforcement that follow are remote and work from anywhere, so distributed teams stay covered.
