Using the site
These terms describe conditions for using the Lizardi Studio website and platform. Each service is governed by its proposal and agreement. Sending a form does not create a service contract or authorize a charge.
Services and scope
We offer AI training, private AI, functional platform development, performance marketing and event coordination. Scope, deliverables, fees, licenses and operating terms are agreed in writing. Site information does not replace individualized advice or guarantee results from AI systems, campaigns or external services.
Platform access
Access requires an account and an authorized code. Protect your credentials, provide accurate information and follow the agreed booking conditions. Do not use the site to impersonate others, access their data, bypass controls or interfere with its operation.
Content and licenses
Text, trademarks, designs, code and materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may browse the site and share its links. Materials supplied with a specific license are used under that license. Rights to custom development and deliverables are set out in the project agreement; third-party dependencies retain their own licenses.
Audio and third-party materials
Articles may include public narration, including authorized synthetic voices. Listening to or sharing an article link does not grant permission to clone a voice, impersonate its owner or imply their endorsement. Publishing or reusing another person’s materials requires the relevant permissions.
Operation and liability
Interruptions, errors or changes in external services may occur. Verify AI responses before using them in professional decisions. Liability and remedies are determined by the applicable agreement and law; these terms do not exclude non-waivable rights or mandatory responsibilities.
Applicable law and contact

Updates
Revisions are published with their date. They do not retroactively change contracted services or replace acceptance required by law or agreement.
