Information you provide
Lizardi Studio receives the information you use to contact the team, subscribe to the newsletter or access the platform. Depending on the function, it may include your name, email, company, message, service preferences, event details and bookings. On the training platform you can also share goals, questions, links and files to prepare each session; share only what is needed. Avoid sending case files, passwords or sensitive information through the general form or in a session's files.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, manage access and bookings, and send service communications. Newsletter subscription is optional and confirmed by email. You can unsubscribe from each message. If your company purchased the training, colleagues registered with one of your company's codes can see your name and email to invite you to a session. A session's details and files are visible to the person who booked it, the colleagues invited to it and the Lizardi team.
Services involved
The site uses Vercel and Neon for hosting and platform data, Resend for email and Cloudflare Turnstile when bot verification is enabled. The Google Calendar and Meet integration processes information needed for invitations and meetings. These services may process information outside Mexico. Files you upload to a session are stored in private Vercel Blob storage and open only through the site while you are signed in. In Google Calendar invitations, each guest of a session can see the names and email addresses of the other guests on the same event.
Contact and events
The form sends your message to the Lizardi team by email so we can respond. An inquiry does not authorize charges or automatically share your information with event suppliers. Information needed to deliver a service is agreed within the project.
Cookies and measurement
We use essential cookies for authentication, sessions and security. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure navigation and performance without advertising tracking cookies. This involves processing technical information; the absence of those cookies does not mean no information is processed. Form measurement events record the service and language, without your name, email or message.
Security and retention
We apply access controls and technical measures to protect information. Retention depends on the purpose, systems used and applicable obligations. Session files are kept for up to 90 days after the session ends and then deleted; they are also deleted if the session is cancelled before it starts or when we address a request to cancel your information. Signing out or ending a service does not automatically delete records, emails or invitations in other systems.
Requests about your information
To request access, correction, cancellation or objection, withdraw consent or limit communications, email contacto@lizardi.mx. Identify the related service and how we can respond. We will explain what is needed to verify identity and address the request; avoid attaching identity documents to the general form.
