Lizardi Studio is a digital and business creation studio based in Mexico City. We plan, build and launch businesses, digital products and campaigns; we train teams at professional firms (lawyers, accountants, architects, doctors, engineers, real estate agencies and marketing agencies) to use artificial intelligence in their daily work; and we advise as consultants when what a client needs is judgment rather than hands. It was founded by Manuel Lizardi and works in Spanish and English. If you are looking for a law or accounting firm with a similar surname, that is a different one.

Each engagement combines on-site training and hands-on practice at the client's offices with remote one-on-one reinforcement. The team learns on its own real work, with a curriculum tailored to each role, and reinforcement sessions are scheduled as each person needs them. Scope and timing are agreed in the first meeting.

Yes. The on-site phase is delivered in Mexico City or at the client's offices, and the remote reinforcement works in any time zone. Projects are delivered in Spanish or English, including binational firms that operate in Mexico and the United States.

Every engagement runs under confidentiality agreements, and the training uses the firm's real work without exposing client data to external services. For sensitive information we offer private AI: models deployed on the client's own servers, with attention to Mexico's data protection law (LFPDPPP) and professional secrecy.

In Spanish or English, depending on the team. Materials and remote reinforcement are available in both languages, and a single engagement can combine them, for example training in Spanish with reports for partners in English.

It is the option to deploy AI models on the client's own servers, so that no document leaves their infrastructure. It is designed for firms that handle professional secrecy or personal data regulated by Mexico's data protection law (LFPDPPP).
