What is the difference between the three packages?
Team Onboarding is the core engagement: I embed with your organization and bring every employee up to speed on AI for their real, daily work. Full Organization adds role-specific training tracks and leadership sessions for larger or multi-department teams. Private 1-on-1 Coaching is for an individual outside an organization who wants to progress at their own pace, with a plan tailored to their work.
Which package do I start with if I only want to train one team?
Team Onboarding, the core engagement and the most common one. It trains every employee on the team hands-on, with AI woven into real daily workflows and live working sessions. If you later grow to several departments, Full Organization adds role-specific tracks and leadership sessions on that same base. Cohorts are kept small.
Do the remote reinforcement and the access code come with every package?
Yes. Every engagement closes with remote 1-on-1 sessions your team books with their access code whenever a question or a live project comes up. With Full Organization that reinforcement is prioritized, and with Private Coaching you schedule through your private code. It is the same spine after the on-site part. Scope and timing are agreed in the first meeting.
How is each package quoted, and what determines the scope?
Every engagement is quoted to fit; there is no fixed list price per package. We start with a call to understand your firm, your workflows and where AI genuinely pays off, and from there you get a written scope and a quote before anything is committed. The size of your organization and whether it spans one or several departments set that scope.
Can I add private AI on our own servers to any package?
Yes. A deployment on client-owned servers can be included in the scope after reviewing the data, permissions and connections the project requires. The configuration and maintenance responsibilities are agreed before implementation. Training uses authorized material and the controls defined for that setup.
Does the on-site block happen at our own offices, or do we come to a space of yours in Mexico City?
At your offices. In the hands-on, on-site block we work on your real cases, in small cohorts, because that is where habits actually change. We are based in Mexico City, and that block goes where your team is. After it, the remote reinforcement follows, booked by your team as needed. We set the concrete timing together in the first meeting.
