Events and activations · Mexico City

Event production and brand activations.

From the first idea to operations at the venue. We bring together planning, technical production, service and communications, with Lizardi as your point of contact and a proposal you can review.

Each gathering needs its own production.

Weddings and private celebrations

Planning and coordination around your guests, venue and the moments of your celebration. We propose sound, lighting, a DJ, catering and waiting staff suited to each space.

Nightlife

Parties and music experiences. We coordinate operations, sound, DJ equipment and lighting around the requirements of the venue and artists.

Brand activations

An activation is a hypothesis with an audience.

What you want people to do, feel or remember. From that we design the experience, produce it and measure what happened, with the same marketing practice we use for campaigns.

01

Product launches

Presentation, demonstration and agreed press. The program, space and production are designed so the product is understood at first contact.
02

Brand experiences and pop-ups

A temporary space where the brand can be touched: route, styling, lighting and sound designed for people to sign up, share and come back.
03

Showrooms and demonstrations

Private presentations for clients and partners. Scheduling, hosting and materials so every visit ends in a conversation.
04

Community and brand nightlife

Parties, music and gatherings hosted by a brand. DJ booth, dancefloor and lighting around the requirements of the venue and artists.

What we measure

Attendance and sign-ups, qualified contacts, generated content and response in later campaigns. The proposal sets which signals matter and how they are read; editorial coverage is each outlet’s decision.

Before requesting a proposal

Do you produce brand activations?

Yes. We design and produce launches, brand experiences, pop-ups, showrooms and community events. When the activation is part of a campaign, we coordinate it with our performance marketing practice.

Can you measure the result of an activation?

We can measure attendance, sign-ups, contacts and the content the activation generates, and read those signals alongside your campaigns. What is measured and how it is reported is defined in the proposal.

Do I need to have a venue?

You can contact us with the city and type of space you have in mind. To define technical production, we review the venue’s conditions, access and requirements.

Can I book sound or lighting separately?

Tell us what you need. We can propose technical production or coordinate a broader event, depending on availability and venue conditions.

What does public relations include?

Communications connected to the event, such as invitations, launch materials and coordination with agreed audiences. The proposal defines deliverables; editorial coverage is each outlet’s decision.

Who do I work with and who invoices me?

When you book through Lizardi, we handle the proposal, coordination and billing for the agreed services.

Start with the event you have in mind.
