Start with a task your team needs to solve

An AI tool becomes useful when the team knows which task to assign, which information it may use and how to review the response. Training brings those decisions together in exercises related to the firm's work.

We use authorized documents, templates and examples prepared for each role. The team practices drafting, analysis and review, identifies errors and documents steps it can repeat in its work.

The curriculum varies with the profession and each participant's responsibilities. On-site training takes place in Mexico City, with remote sessions to review questions and exercises.

What does AI training for a professional-services firm look like?

Every engagement has the same spine. First the on-site block, where we embed with your firm and train every employee hands-on with AI built around their real, daily work. Then remote reinforcement: your team books one-on-one sessions with their trainer whenever a question or a live project comes up. The on-site block is sized to the firm and the number of teams. Scope and timing are agreed in the first meeting.

Is the AI training for professional-services firms delivered on-site in Mexico City?

Yes. Practical training takes place at the firm's offices in Mexico City. The team can then book remote one-on-one sessions to review exercises, questions and new tasks. Location, scope and availability are agreed when defining the engagement.

How do you keep your firm's client material confidential during the training?

Before using the firm's documents, we review authorized material and each tool's access, retention and connection terms. We practice with anonymized examples where appropriate and document uses that require a private configuration or client-owned servers. Legal obligations are reviewed according to the engagement's scope.

How much does AI training for a professional-services firm cost?

Yes. The training is fully bilingual. We are based in Mexico City and work in Spanish and English, including mixed-language teams and international offices. Materials and sessions are delivered in whichever language your people work in day to day.

We deliberately keep cohorts small, so it suits a single tight team as well as a multi-department firm. If most of your people touch text, numbers or client deliverables, the program fits.
