The core program

Corporate AI training your whole team will actually use.

Most AI rollouts fail the same way: the firm buys the tools, sends a memo, and nobody changes how they work. We do the opposite. We embed with your people and train them, hands-on, on their own real work until it becomes second nature.

The tool was never the hard partContext

Buying an AI subscription for everyone is easy. Getting a working professional to change a habit they have relied on for fifteen years is the part that decides whether any of it was worth it. A license that sits unused is not adoption.

So we train your actual people on their actual work. Not a sandbox, not a generic demo deck — your matters, your files, your deadlines. People learn fastest on the work they already care about, and they trust a tool once they have watched it handle something real on their desk.

The program adapts to the profession. A lawyer, an analyst and an architect do not need the same AI, and we do not pretend they do. The skills below are the common foundation every team gains; the examples are drawn from how your firm actually works.

Four skills every team walks away with. What your team learns
M-01

Research and summarization on your own documents

Pulling the answer out of a long contract, a filing, a financial statement or a project brief — and trusting it. Your team learns to question the firm's own documents in plain language, find the relevant passage in seconds, and check the answer against the source instead of taking it on faith.

M-02

Drafting and document review

First drafts, redlines, comparisons and the second pair of eyes that catches what a tired reader misses. Your people learn where AI genuinely speeds up drafting and review of the firm's real documents — and, just as important, where a human still has to sign off.

M-03

Safe prompting and data privacy

How to get useful results without exposing client data. We cover what is safe to put into which tool, how to handle privileged and confidential material, Mexico's LFPDPPP obligations, and the private setups — up to fully on-prem — that keep sensitive work inside the firm.

M-04

Building AI into daily workflows

The difference between a one-off trick and a habit. We rebuild the steps your team repeats every week so AI is a real part of the workflow, and we leave behind a shared, firm-wide way of working with it instead of each person quietly improvising alone.

What the firm looks like after. What changes
01

AI is part of how the work gets done — not a tab nobody opens after week one.

02

Every employee can use it confidently on their own files, not just the early adopters.

03

The firm has one shared, sensible way of using AI, instead of a dozen private workarounds.

04

Client and confidential data stays protected, with clear rules everyone understands.

05

The fluency holds after we leave, because your people built it on their own work — not borrowed it from a slide.

What firms ask before we start.Questions
What does an engagement look like, and how long is it?

Every engagement has the same spine. First, one to two months on-site, where we embed with your firm and train every employee hands-on with AI built around their real, daily work. Then three months of remote reinforcement: your team books one-on-one sessions with their trainer whenever a question or a live project comes up. The on-site length depends on the size of the firm and the number of teams.

Is it on-site or remote?

Both, in that order. The hands-on training is done on-site, in your offices, because that is where habits actually change and where we see how your firm really works. The three months of reinforcement that follow are remote and scheduled by your team, so the fluency holds once daily pressure returns.

How do you keep our client data confidential?

Confidentiality is built into the curriculum, not bolted on. We train your team on what is safe to put into which tool, how to handle privileged and confidential material, and your obligations under Mexico's LFPDPPP. Where the work demands it, we set up private configurations — up to fully on-prem — so sensitive material never leaves the firm.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is quoted to fit. Price depends on the size of your firm, how many teams are involved, and how much of the work needs a private or on-prem setup. We scope it on a first call and send a written quote before anything begins — there are no per-seat surprises.

Can you train in both Spanish and English?

Yes. The training is fully bilingual. We are based in Mexico City and work in Spanish and English, including mixed-language teams and international offices. Materials and sessions are delivered in whichever language your people work in day to day.

How small a team is this for, and who is it for?

It is built for professional-services firms — law, finance, architecture and similar — where the work is documents, analysis and judgment. We deliberately keep cohorts small, so it suits a single tight team as well as a multi-department firm. If most of your people touch text, numbers or client deliverables, the program fits.
